DELIVERY TIMES: Same day delivery in the UK guaranteed if ordered before 12.30pm, except in remote areas or for special requests.

Timed deliveries cannot be guarantee but we will do our upmost to service the request.

Please include as much information regarding the delivery as possible. eg: telephone number, postcode.

All payments are through a secure site of Worldpay.

A V.A.T invoice will be provided if requested.

We are members of the British Teleflower Relay Service LTD, The Society of Floristry and the American Institute of Floral Designer.

Special Requests please e-mail, phone or fax to discuss your requirements.

We can send orders to 147 different countries please contact us with your requirements and will be pleased to sort your request,cost may vary from prices given for the UK. If order are sent we will do our best to complete the order at the given price but due to exchange rates flower content and item choosen might change.

We are committed to protect your privacy while shopping online with Flowertime Florist Limited. We will use the information that you provide us lawfully.

When you place an on-line order the information we collect includes:

Credit/debit card details

This information is collected so as we can process our order and to contact you if there is a problem. We will not e-mail you in future unless you have given us your consent.
Your e-mail address will not be passed onto other traders.

Handling Complaints

Our aim is for 100% satisfaction.

Complaints must be registered within seven days to Flowertime Florist Ltd customer services.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will endeavour to reach a solution with you within 7 working days and will keep you informed of all material stages in the process. All complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them for internal usage only.

1. OUR PRODUCTS
1.1 All Products listed within the site are available almost everywhere in the UK and Channel Islands.
1.2 Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Some Products may be harmful or poisonous - please contact our Customer Service Line quoted below if you require further information before submitting an order.
1.3 All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
1.4 In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

2. PRICES
2.1 Prices listed in our website are valid for at least 14 days.
2.2 Prices for flowers and gifts include VAT for deliveries within the UK, and Channel Islands, but exclude Delivery. The current charges for Delivery in the UK is £ 4.50.

3. ORDERS / PAYMENT
3.1 When completing the order you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
